Must try. Sounds yummy. And I really like dishes with everything dissolved in anyway, I just don't have the time/patience to do it that way mosttimes.

I think I'm also an improvisational cook. I call myself an experimental cook, actually. And no, I don't know enough to teach anyone :-).
