Hear-os. Hands down the best earplugs I've ever had, and come with their own plastic carrying case. They're not the cheapest on the block, but they are relatively inexpensive,and they're foam that's shaped relatively like the inside of your ear, not those little hard foam cylinders that hurt me after a few hours.
Trust me, I'm an ADD whose focus tool just happens to be earplugs. I even use them when it's dead silent around here. Hear-os are rated 33, are really soft, and they make them in fleshtones (as well as really odd colors) so you can wear them around people and not have them look at you funny. ;)
