Hmm. "Needle's Eye" or "Eye of the Needle" has potential, because it also suggests something about the house itself. While it's wider than some other Baltimore row houses, it still has that basically narrow row-house geometry. It's kind of like a slice of house. (Though at three stories, and kind of deep, it's a big slice.)
