I'm using the same ISP, and to be honest it's mostly because of lethargy; I've had that account for almost seven years now and I'm not quite to the point where I want to ditch that email address entirely (although I'm working on it). I also haven't had near the amount of bounced mail problems, at least not that I know about. Have you looked at Panix? They were recommended to me last time I got frustrated enough at my ISP to consider switching.
