Somone pointed out to me that it would be in some people's interests to bomb these plants. Like OPEC. We will note, however, that Saudia Arabia is plowing a lot of money into solar power research -- they know the oil will run out some day. And they know they will still have sun. Maybe they can fund the research for this system?
