[livejournal.com profile] tcb wrote something that I really want to quote this morning, inspired by a Bazooka Joe buble gum wrapper, and while the Bazooka Joe line (title and final line of TCB's piece) would make a perfectly good quote-of-the-day, I liked what he wrote around it so much that I'm going to encourage y'all to click this link to his entry about anger and pride instead of just quoting the tagline here.

I particularly liked the Odin imagery as well. I tend to notice that though, since my dad told me a lot about Odin when I was a kid (he and a buddy started a company named "Odin Corporation", and in the process of explaining the name and logo to me, he introduced me to Norse mythology).
