Yours is beautiful. I hope you and she have a wonderful, long time together.
We just acquired a Burmese kitten (Dee's friend, Gene, having heard about our losing Sarahcat, gifted us with her yesterday afternoon) named Circe (Dee's choice), who is currently hiding from us. She is a beautiful, chocolate-colored kitty. We said yes because Furball has been looking for Sarah, and beacuse the house felt really odd with only one cat. We figure that since at least one of us is currently home at all times (except for the upcoming Concertino weekend, when I will be in Massachusettts and Dee will be in Florida, and Sue the Librarian will come and check on the cats), it's a good time to bring a new kitty in, since there will always be someone around to mediate territory squabbles, etc. I'm not too worried about her hiding -- after all, Sarah spent her first six months under my bed in the attic apartment (two apartments ago).
Anyway, like you, I could rhapsodize about Circe, but will -- in deference to your readers -- end here by once again wishing you and your new kitty a long happy companionship.
