*grumble* I was just woken up by a telephone.

In a dream.

The phone rang, I answered it, the person on the other end had trouble hearing me at first but we eventually sorted that out and started talking, then she just stopped talking.

I kept trying to figure out why she'd stopped talking. Had we gotten disconnected? Then I realized that she wasn't talking because there was in fact no phone next to my ear, and I was in a completely different house than the one in the dream, and gee, by then I was awake. Dammit.

I'd been asleep less than half an hour. Feh. Took me forever to get to sleep in the first place, what with muscle cramps in my shin and all.

Mood:: bleary-eyed

Muscle cramps in your legs might mean your dehydrated, I always get cramps in my calves when I need more water. Also, it could mean you need more potassium in your diet. Try eating a banana a day and drinking more water, especially when its hot out.

Do you think dreaming a phone call is bad?

I saw somewhere that a lot of adult bedwetting comes from a vivid dream where the dreamer _thought_ he/she got up to go to the bathroom.

At this point, I have myself programmed that if I start looking for a bathroom in a dream, I wake up, fast.

Computer, end holodeck program.
