This reminds me of what a former cow orker who was a Canadian SCAdian (whee) said about crossing the US border with a trunk full of swords: "The phrase is 'historical reenactments'. Don't say Society for Creative Anachronism. They don't know what anachronism means. They do know what anarchism means, and they don't like it."
