Gee, I thought it was exciting when we had two car crashes in three months. And since the Isabel event when all the radio stations told everyone what to do at an intersection where the lights are out (treat it as 4-way stop) people are mostly being good here. (Our power fails frequently.) I'm proud of them, but it makes for less excitement and the neighbors have no compelling reason to stand around on the corner and get to know each other. :)
