Look! can be used to teach a smart cat to look in the direction you are pointing; train with thrown objects and pre-placed treats. (Point in an exaggerated manner, with arm and finger in a straight line.)
I taught Amber to deal with insects for me on the phrase "Crunchy! Tasty!", but that may be too long for a good command. :-)
There should be a simpler way to keep mice out of your stove, though...
