Maybe you could go into the bank and make a withdrawal since your account # is on the deposit slips, and then take the cash and buy money orders to pay the bills (or give cash to a friend and have the friend write checks). I know the bank usually wants you to write a check to withdraw cash through a teller but maybe if you explain your circumstances they can help. Of course, you would have to wait until after your last deposit went through. Checks take weeks to come in after you order, don't they? I don't remember; I only have to order them every few years. It's so easy to forget to do it.
