*tight hugs* Forest gets fogged like that - when its really bad he doesn't get to cook or do anything needing some element of paying attention, and I only give him simple instructions, or write stuff down so he can refer to it if he forgets. Does caffiene help you at all, seems to help him a lot, strong espresso can cut through it sometimes, though not always.
