The rolling-three-abreast thing sounds like stupid teenager tricks to me. What's the point? It didn't seem to be speed...

Well, given that I swiped and adapted it from the "here, take our images!" section of the Dilbert site, I certainly can't object to someone else swiping it from me. :-) (This started life as wallpaper. All I did was shrink and crop it; people who know more about image-manipulation tools than I do could probably improve on this.)

It looks fine to me. Er, I'm assuming the woobleness is on my monitor. But icons are teeny pics anyway.

I haven't yet managed to put up any pix for my LJ account. Hey Dglenn! What inexpensive options are there for simple cropping and or scaling of images on Macs?

I dunno, I use Photoshop, which I got as a gift. Are you running OS X, or OS (n<=9)? 'Cause I betcha GIMP would be happy under OS X, and it's free.

It sounded like a rolling speedblock to me, and I thought the rest of the paragraph was going to be about D'glenn's speeding ticket.

But they wanted to go faster... a rolling 'slowblock'??????? I did get a slowing ticket once...
