Well, if it's my wedding you're spending money on film for, I'll pay for it. And for two sets of prints - one for you, one for me.

Not that I don't trust my photographer. But extra eyes and cameras never hurt.

Yah, if the hired photographer turns in a less than stellar performance, friends with cameras might save the day; and if the hired photographer does do an amazing job, he or she still can't be everywhere at once, so friends are still likely to get something interesting that wasn't in the album.

Fortunately the second case comes up more often than the first.

And yes, the film I bought is for your wedding. I bought more than I'm going to use, because I wasn't sure what speeds I'd need. I'll let you know what I wind up shooting. *HUG*
