Well really, when I say it, "I hate my body" is shorthand for, "I hate this disease and I hate the limitations my body has that I still haven't gotten used to and I'm annoyed and frustrated by these current symptoms." Despite the phrasing, I still don't actually hate my body. And despite the power of words, I do know on multiple levels what I really mean.
Unfortunately there's currently nobody else going to rehearsals from Baltimore, so arranging a ride means asking someone to go out of their way (which means asking far enough in advance for them to adjust their schedule). I'm not all that far away, but I'm in a different direction than everybody else.
