Is this EMP weapon a shielded, narrow pulse? Don't fry the innocent or your own gear!

Until I figure out how to make sure it's narrow-dispersion, it doesn't get built. ;-)

So far every configuration I've thought of seems to be at least bidirectional, and even then, having more of a null plane than a power beam.
