Sheesh! Asshole!
I hope the police get lucky and apprehend the person, perhaps due to other such idiotic behaviour, preferably with something major & provable. It's worth making sure they know all you can tell them, whether you have a license plate or not. Someone who drives like that is not unlikely to come to their attention - and if his car's also damaged they might notice that.

I hope you don't later find yourself insured and I hope the car's still safe to drive.

*hug* if wanted.

Maugorn said that someone who commits hit and run is probably in a "downward spiral" -- possibly lacks insurance, has a suspended license, etc., and pointed out that if that'sthe case, "making sure they get their karmic due is a matter of pulling up a lawn chair and making a bowl of popcorn." Not that I'm likely to ever know what happens to them.

Maug is frequently right in such cases, and frankly I agree, though I know it's small comfort now.
Just glad to know _you're_ OK.
