wow! i first saw these when i was living & working for a spell in Rotterdam, Holland - they were all over the thinktank section of the city, an area called "brainpark" (which is exactly the same in dutch as in english :). these funny trees were everywhere, but in the middle of a multi-block area of high office towers, seeing anything green after a while was a great boon.
