All it takes is moving in a bunch of children-with-children and their drug dealing boyfriends again. (Amazing how quickly the neighbourhood returned to its previous state after those people got evicted.)

Nah, I included that observation for the sake of the people who think my neighbourhood is scary. Apparently the cops don't think it's that bad.
