Chiming in (late)

Years ago, I read a column about this very question. As one of the respondents pointed out, the only correct answer is "human". I try to remember to put that down if possible. Or I leave it blank.

I wouldn't suggest "Elf", though. What if they came to check and you couldn't show them pointy ears or evidence of near immortality?

Plastic surgery at an early age? And I look a lot younger than my years....
