Yes, It's normal for Perrine to go in and out of heat that quickly, some cats go into heat and don't stop until satisfied/impregnated or spayed. Just make sure she doesn't get out, it'll cost even more if they have to abort a litter, that happened to my cat, only I had no idea she had gotten pregnant when I took her in to be spayed, it had only been about a week since she had been in heat.
