Correction -- the company is "Voters Outreach of America." Apparently another one of their fraudulent activities is claiming to be part of claiming that his group is part of America Votes, a voter education and registration group organized by the AFL-CIO, Emily's List, the Sierra Club, and others.

The "America Votes" part seems to be media confusion of the same name being used by two different groups, rather than misrepresentation.
