Migraine. Drugs have knocked it down from "am I sure I can move without throwing up from the pain?" to "man, I feel like crap and my head hurts". Effects on tonight are smallish, but unfortunately my schedule for the next few days is such that the ripples grow as they move forward in time, so I'll be noticing the effects on plans come Sunday.

In the next nine days I've got three gigs with three different bands, and two extra rehearsals on top of the normal ones. Busy. Good to be playing, but I have to remember to pace myself in all other activities so I don't wind up having trouble keeping up the performance/rehearsal schedule.

Long, steady rain here in Baltimore. (One more incentive to stay in even if taking more drugs helps.) If staring at a CRT doesn't make my headache worse, maybe I'll get caught up on the explosion of LJ posts since Tuesday. Or maybe not.

I've never tried it. Midrin is older (and presumably cheaper (which I'm guessing is why my HMO prescribed it back when I was still covered)). Is Imitrex less sedating? With Midrin, the side effects are better than the migraine but still kind of kill productivity (sleep now!).
