Pounce

Came home so exhausted from last night's gig that I didn't even check email before crashing. Wow.

Got more important stuff and more interesting stuff in the queue in my head, but since I'm a) in a hurry, and b) particularly amused by this at the moment, y'all get a cat observation this morning.

Perrine has figured out that I always know when she's planning to pounce on me from behind the bath towel as I leave the bathroom, so she decided to surprise me by pouncing while I was on my way from the toilet to the sink instead. It worked. She seems pleased with herself.

And I love Perrine and D'G and she can come here anytime. She and the reigning queen have a tiff and I set them up on different floors. I think they're beautiful together. But she is one heck of a cat
