There ought to be something publishable about your relationship with her.

Start out with your luring her in, her taking over, coming home to the miscarriage (at least cats aren't threatened wih having to report it within 12 hrs.) and her games that have developed in the time since you two fell for one another.

Dunno. It just seems there's something there. Proustian,(not that I've gotten around to reading it all) perhaps, but hey it might go.

Heh. Despite the comments I've gotten, I hadn't thought about publishing (well, other than here, I mean). Thanks for the nudge, darling.

BTW, I didn't lure her in; she ran past me and declared the house was hers.
