That is also a sentiment Albert Einstein expressed - he said so in his autobiography (I don't recall the title, I read some of it a long time ago). And I must agree that my own feelings on the matter are the same as hunterkirk's. Individuals I can love and sometimes even understand, but larger groups of people can be a mob, and I will NEVER understand how people belive in religion or wage war. Especially if they espouse a religion AND they wage war. It's beyond me.
This is one of my favorite Peanuts quotes, but I believe it's actually "I love mankind, it's people I can't stand." Unless I've been remembering it wrong all these years.
