..is heavy metal, played loud. If it would disturb people around you, you can try headphones (how I normally listen at work). On a given album, some of the songs may be somewhat slow, so you should skip over them. For example, on Black Sabbath's Heaven And Hell album, "Neon Knights" has a good, adrenaline-inducing beat, but "Children of the Sea" is too slow for that purpose. If you have the disk-space and a computer with decent speakers, I find that an MP3 collection is the way to go. Then you can compile play lists for every purpose (one for raising your energy level, one for instrumental background noise, one for quite rainy days, etc.).
