Well, the state does say that rehabilitation works. Their studies do show that, too. And it's supposed to be a lot more humane than just flat out killing someone. The American public wanted an end to the death penalty, and they've all but got it in most states. Everyone should be happy, not upset that people aren't being executed anymore.
