Heh. If a guy felt it was necessary to brag about his endowments we'd never even get to the honeymoon in the first place. :P

On the other hand, if they are frightfully well-endowed, a modest little warning could prevent an expression of shock and fear when he undresses for the first time and one thinks "He's not coming at me with_that_, is he? Oh dear."

I second this!
The only problem is, too many XYs just think they are in that league :)

And the not so well endowed sometimes think that the average size man is just frightfully huge. I had a man recently (quite small) who told me about another man who was just monstrously large. He couldn't see how the other man wouldn't hurt people. I've seen the other man now and had to control fits of laughter! He's pretty average!

That's very true, especially for those of us not built to deal with that sort of size - but it's ONLY true for the frightfully well-endowed, and then ONLY when they have damn good reason to think that sex is imminent.

yes, I have to agree that would be equally as scary.

And I of course would ask the stupid "she's sooo innocent" question: how big!? *Well, I wouldn't know normal from not, if there is such a thing, if I've never seen one now could I?*

But on a serious comment, having never seen one in an appropriate, romantic, "this feels right" setting, and having since those traumas, erased every memory of it, I don't know what a man looks like. (Aside from textbook anatomy drawings of course). But in my inexperienced opinion, knowing a man is confident but not arrogant in his chromosomal endowments, would be a comfort. Overconfidence is definitely a turn off. Egos are scary.
