I'm really not sure why I just woke up with "Oliver's Army" stuck in my brain. It's been ages since I've heard it, and it doesn't seem to be connected to the dream I was having. Perplexed ... and trying to remember whether I even have any Elvis Costello on vinyl.

There was a semi-interesting report on this morning on NPR about a scientific study using brain imaging while listening to music that was aimed at learning why tunes we know get stuck in our minds.
I thought the results interesting but fairly obvious. Still, interesting that they could get funding for this.
