So there's this band playing tonight that I want to go see. I've never heard them, but the wife of one of my LJ friends is a member, so I'd like to find out whether I like their music. Unfortunately, I've got a massive headache (as well as a lot of things that I should be doing). Let's see how much a gram of ibuprofen does for me, and whether that'll be enough to get me out the door tonight.

If not, well it's not as though I don't have a) a bunch of other stuff to do or b) 12 VHS cassettes of recently-recorded television shows to watch, depending on just how much good the ibuprofen does do me. But here's hoping I manage to feel well enough to get out to Towson in an hour or so. Right now I'm guessing there's about a 20% chance of that happening.

Fairly typical situation for me, alas. Top priority right now is being in decent shape to play for a gig Saturday night. If I make it to the show tonight, that'll be a bonus.
