I'm stuck in a rut, I fully admit that. I find it difficult to hum even chromatically; I always get distracted onto a tonal scale. Microintervals... Unthinkable. I can hear them, but I produce them only accidentally.

My sister is even worse. Much of the time she can't even produce semitones.
