Do migraines come with a side order of hallucinations now? 'Cause I could swear I just heard a rendition of "Take A Walk On The Wild Side" in a language I couldn't recognize. At least it sounded like it was coming from direction of a radio that was switched on, so I dunno, maybe it was real. The "doot-do-doot"s had long-'a' sounds in them and the consonants seemed to be in the wrong places.

Mine always come with auditory hallucinations, though they're generally of sounds seeming distorted and far away.

If they are very bad migraines, my answer is yes. A few times I have heard symphonies.

Ditto here, with the auditory hallucinations. I also find that I get auditory hallucinations from high fevers and from becoming suspended in hypnogogic states.

Mine sometimes come with synesthesia. Auditory hallucinations, for me, are more hypnagogic, no matter what the reason for that is.
