My phone service got cut off when I was 9 months pregnant. After many calls (by hooking into the building's phone hub -- shhhh, don't tell anyone I did that in January rather than truging around hugely pregnant) I finally got referred to the automated collections VM system which happily told me that I couldn't have service because I owed zero dollars and zero cents. *sigh*
