There's a webmaster email address. I've drafted a letter. I'm grepping my voluminous mail archive (gotta stuff that into a proper database sometime) to see whether it was someone I gave permission to, in which case I just yell at them for taking my name off, or someone who never asked, in which case I should ask to be compensated.
As for proof ... I never filed with the Library of Congress, but if the DejaNews archive (uh, that gotten taken over by Google, right?) goes back far enough I can point out that the earliest copy was posted by me.
