I'm searching my old email archive to check whether it's someone who asked nicely years ago and just gets yelled at for taking my name off, or someone who never asked (in which case I need to find out what constitutes a reasonable licensing fee for fiction used on a web site and/or what I can claim as "damages"). There are three (I think) copies that I did give permission for, one in Japanese. (I think there's also an unauthorised Japanese translation as well, but since I don't know Japanese, tracking that down will be difficult.) But IIRC, the English copies I did give permission for were not on commercial sites. (One legitimate copy is on Altairboy's site.)

If I don't get a satisfactory response from the webmaster, I'll figure out what the next step should be.
