I'm not sure whether having the energy to crawl out of bed to pee every twelve hours counts as a 'one spoon day' or a 'zero spoons day', but that was Monday. Guess it was the metabolic cost of the successful run to Baltimore and back to Arlington on Sunday (anniemal drove). Today was better: I had two spoons. I actually felt good (and looked it, apparently) around midday, but used them up by mid-afternoon. *sigh* But my back is merely quite stiff, not excruciating, and yesterday's headache has faded, so even with the frustration of having my body crap out on me just as I thought I was building up momentum, things are still better than they'd been recently.

Hmm. I still need to get around to hacking 'clive' to include a "tag" flag (unless the official maintainer beats me to it, which is starting to look unlikely.
