Come to think of it, my intro psych prof in university seemed to appreciate my clowning, perhaps because it tended to illustrate or amplify the points he was making and give him a chance to reinforce what he was trying to convey post-example ... Hmm. (He also revealed partway through the semester that he'd been closely observing my group of buddies in that class because we displayed some interesting atypical behaviours that probably only a psych or anthropology prof would have noticed. Not worrisome, only unusual.)
