Some more suggestions
memepool.com is good for a steady flow of utterly random crap, and everything2.com is a bit like Wikipedia in that it's got entries on just about everything (hence the name) except it has pretty random things and is written and organised differently.
For various reasons, I think E2 works out that bit extra good for the wandering-from-entry-to-entry factor, to the extent that it can be a pretty huge timesink. Unfortunately it also tends to be slow and connections often time out. And you can't write stuff of your own without an account, but there you go.
