Argh. Hoped to get out of the house about an hour ago, get to Darkover, get registration sorted out, and have time to go see On The Mark's concert before figuring out where to hold a last-minute rehearsal for the Regency Ball musicians. Body is not cooperating. Fallback plan: go slow, take ibuprofen, focus on getting there by the time folks are expecting to rehearse with me, and don't count on really getting to enjoy much of the con beyond the bit I'm playing for. Find a quiet spot to sit after we play and catch friends-I-see-too-little-of as they pass, for conversations.

Could be worse. I could be feeling like this during the ball. [knock wood] The last three days, I've crashed pretty hard right around that time of day. I hope the current frustration means that today my body will be on a different schedule.
