i am amused.

that's actually the plot of a pretty cool graphic novel (the alaska thing, not the punchline of the post you're quoting), called "thirty days of nights". it's a good read.

I thought the point was going to be that so many vampires move to Alaska that there aren't nearly enough live people to feed on.
