You must remember that all computer users are actually cartoon characters; if they don't realize what's happening to them, then they're immune to any ill-effects.

Most people don't know what a whole LOT of things are.
20 years ago, no one knew what retro-virii were. Ignorance = safety? What is this, the 14th century?
