Yeah. Green skies can be an indicator of tornadoes. Saw a green sky once driving home from work some years ago, and found out later that about twenty minutes after I had passed the particular town, a tornado had hit.
I'm no expert, but this had a different look to it than that, and the clouds were really high up. I've seen more dust storms (when I was in Texas) than tornadoes, and it was a much more pleasant assortment of greens than the hideous approaching-duststorm shade. But still mighty freaky.
