You have no idea how many books I own specifically because they are / have been "banned" by some group or another. For a long while, I was the crazy banned book chick to the bookstores in Alexandria and the surrounding areas, as I would start visiting them in June, reminding them that Banned Books Week was coming up, and encouraging them to have displays, etc.
