No, that's east of downtown, I'm well west of MLK and the police cars were all headed west past my house. (It also appears to have happened after I saw the police cars go by.)
I hadn't thought to hit the television stations' web sites, but I don't see anything that matches on the WBAL site anyhow (I guess I'll peek at WJZ next). I'd think that anything that warranted a procession of police cars a mile+ long would've gotten more attention, whether it was some emergency or something ceremonial (and if it was ceremonial, the sirens would seem unusual).
