Glenn, I just wanted to mention how impressive and enjoyable I've found your posted photos recently. The framing and clarity are head and shoulders above most people's photosets. I actually meant to comment on your last batch of ones of Perrine with the Bass, but just didn't get to it and now you've put up several great new ones.

Thank you! I get some of them right in the camera; others I recompose by cropping (and some I would print showing more, but crop tighter to better fit in a web browser window, or to make the main subject a decent size without making people download a really huge picture).

The main trick, of course, is to not show anyone the ones that didn't work as well. (I've shot more than six thousand frames since I got the DSLR. I've gone from worrying about paying for developing, to worrying about how many hours of editing I'll need to do in GIMP later, when I start shooting.) I also try not to show a whole bunch of tiny variations of the same shot, but I couldn't decide which of the Perrine+bass photos I liked best -- I'm glad those went over well.

Oh, yes, I want to echo these sentiments. The pictures have been great.

The stockings and shoes make for great outfit components too.
