In other words, get government-regulated insurance out of the job of being part of women's health at all, which means making even the simplest of reproductive decisions (like birth control pills) too expensive to do. She's full-on reactionary and has made no statement at all chastising the laws and bills that push lack of contraception choices onto women.
I didn't so much miss it as deliberately ignore it in the interest of snark, because her "justification" for this particular reactionary position mirrors pro-choice arguments (and either she's too dim to make the connection herself, or -- more likely -- is counting on her listeners to be so dim).
