Fairly often, when we've turned the lights out but are still awake, cattitude and I will hear a noise that is probably some flavor of cats doing something they shouldn't and decide it's not worth getting out of bed to try to stop them. And having both two humans here, and two house cats, leaves a lot of space for "what are the cats up to now?" and even for asking one of them "what's your sister doing now?" (Also "where's your sister? when we're just curious, or one hasn't come over when we're handing out cat treats.)
