I like snow. I wouldn't even mind driving in it if it weren't that other people insist on doing so also. Snow is a problem if you HAVE to get somewhere at a certain time and you can't leave long beforehand to compensate for the lousy traffic, and so if I say "I hate snow" that's what I mean. The snow per se isn't the problem and I enjoy it.

However, I also don't mind living somewhere where it doesn't snow.

I get what you're saying, but personally, if I lived someplace where it never snowed, I'd miss it. Maybe not as much as I missed having a proper Autumn when I was in Dallas (where the weather goes from Summer to what passes for Winter in about two days and it never really felt autumnal to me), but I would miss it.

Even living alone where I have to shovel the sidewalk myself with the fibromyalgia and all, and worrying about being able to pay for heating oil, I felt a little cheated last Winter. *shrug*

But I can understand not missing it.

Actually, I do miss it. I just don't mind living in a place where it doesn't snow. But the good part is that I can get to snow if I really gotta, without driving too far.
